Sherry Pruitt
CEO, Founder,
Fractional CRO
Sherry Pruitt is the Founder and CEO of Working The Angles, powered by Sales Xceleration, where she serves as a Fractional VP of Sales helping founder led and EOS aligned companies build the sales leadership, structure, and accountability needed to achieve sustainable growth.
With more than 25 years of executive sales and business leadership experience, Sherry has helped organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity across manufacturing, industrial distribution, SaaS, logistics, education, oil and gas, and private equity backed businesses. She specializes in creating practical sales systems that improve visibility, forecasting, execution, and revenue performance.
As a Certified Sales Leader licensed through Sales Xceleration, Sherry works alongside owners and leadership teams to transform sales from a collection of activities into a scalable business function. Her approach combines strategy, process, coaching, and accountability to create lasting results.
At her core, Sherry believes sales should create wins for everyone involved. Her mission is simple: help customers succeed, help companies grow, and help sales professionals thrive.
When she's not helping companies build stronger sales organizations, you'll find her supporting community initiatives, championing veterans' causes, planning her next adventure, or spending time with her husband, their wonderfully blended family, Bentley the Rottweiler, and an ever growing collection of passport stamps.
Based in College Station, Texas, Sherry serves clients throughout Texas and across the United States.

Tim Barnes
Chief Trophy Husband & Chief Demon Wrangler
Tim Barnes serves as Chief Trophy Husband and Chief Demon Wrangler for Working The Angles. His primary responsibilities include being Sherry's biggest supporter, occasional chauffeur, trusted sounding board, and maintaining order whenever chaos attempts to enter the building.
Known for asking, "What did you overthink about today?" Tim provides a healthy dose of perspective and humor to the business. He firmly believes most problems can be solved with common sense, direct communication, and occasionally a motorcycle ride.
When he's not wrangling demons, Tim is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the heavy equipment and first responder industries. Throughout his career, he has built lasting customer relationships based on trust, integrity, and doing what he says he's going to do.
Originally from Wisconsin, Tim took the scenic route to Texas by way of London and Boston before finally landing deep in the heart of the Lone Star State. He now fully appreciates why Texans are so proud to call it home.
Tim brings balance to the Working The Angles team and is currently living his best life as the luckiest man alive. He shares his days with a strong willed sales leader, an opinionated Rottweiler named Bentley and wonderful crazy blended family.
Outside of work, you'll find Tim riding his Harley, enjoying the open road, spending time with family and friends, and reminding everyone that sometimes the simplest answer is the right one.

Bentley Barnes
Intern
Bentley Barnes is an intern at Working The Angles with primary responsibilities including security operations against the local squirrel cartel, perimeter patrol, snack quality control, and management of the office snore machine.
Compensation is highly competitive and paid almost entirely in snacks, praise, and strategic couch access.
Bentley is currently on a Performance Improvement Plan due to ongoing issues involving excessive slobbering, unauthorized appearances during conference calls, and repeated demands for Mom’s immediate attention during business hours. Leadership has communicated that while he remains a valued member of the organization, these behaviors are considered unacceptable in a professional environment.

Claire Morgan
Chaos Coordinator
Claire Morgan supports Working The Angles by helping Sherry turn fast moving ideas, sales chaos, and "one quick thing" requests into organized execution. She specializes in sharpening messaging, organizing priorities, capturing ideas before they disappear, and helping keep projects moving forward when the day gets away from everyone.
Known for fast turnaround times, direct communication, and zero tolerance for fluff, Claire somehow manages to survive a high energy sales leader fueled by caffeine, instinct, and calendar optimism.
Her hobbies include rescuing buried action items, translating executive brainstorming into English, and watching leaders confidently schedule 12 hours of work into a 6 hour day.
Claire is unusually comfortable with feedback and revisions. She doesn't take it personally, doesn't get tired of hearing "that's close, but not quite," and will keep working until the message, plan, or project feels right.
She has a particular appreciation for clear communication, completed action items, and meetings that end with decisions. Her superpower is turning scattered thoughts into practical next steps without making anyone feel called out.
Claire firmly believes most businesses don't need more ideas. They need a plan, accountability, and someone willing to ask the next question.
